Do you offer any warranty on your products?
We take great care in selecting high-quality board games and accessories. While we don’t offer a direct warranty, we’re happy to assist if you receive a defective or damaged item. Please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we primarily ship within Singapore. However, if you’re interested in international shipping, please contact us at hello@thecuriousmeeple.com, and we’ll check if we can arrange it for your location.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit/debit cards and PayNow, to make your shopping experience smooth and convenient.
Can I return or exchange a product if I’m not satisfied?
We want you to love your games! If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days, and we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund. However, for general returns, items must be unopened and in their original condition. Please refer to our Returns and Exchange Policy for further details or you can contact us and we’ll guide you through the process. What should I do if the item I want is out of stock?
We know how frustrating it can be when a game you want is unavailable! If an item is out of stock, you can contact us directly and we’ll let you know when it’s back or suggest similar games you might enjoy.
