At The Curious Meeple, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we’re here to assist you with returns and exchanges.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • A return request must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Once approved, the item must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing components may not be eligible for return.

Return Process & Refunds

  1. Submit a Return Request: 

           Contact our customer service team at hello@thecuriousmeeple.com within 14 days of purchase to request a return. Please provide these in your Return Request:

  • The title of the game/description of the item you request to return.
  • The reason(s) for requesting a return. 
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • Pictures of the item.
 

   1. Return the Item: 

   Once approved, please return the item in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

   2. Inspection & Refund: 

   Upon receiving the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.

   3. Refund Processing: 

   If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., credit card). Refunds typically take 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. 

   Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 

Exchange


Exchange Eligibility

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product or a similar item, based on availability.
  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate an exchange.

Exchange Process

Please reach out to us at hello@thecuriousmeeple.com with:

  • The title(s) of the game(s) or descriptions of the product(s) purchased.
  • The reason(s) for requesting an exchange/replacement.
  • Photos of any damage or defects.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
 

Additional Information


       1. Shipping Costs: 

           For returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

       2. Non-Returnable Items:

           Certain items, such as opened games, digital products, and clearance items, may not be eligible for return.
