Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • During festive periods or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is completed.
  • Once shipped, you will be notified of the estimated delivery date and time.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We currently offer local delivery in Singapore via SingPost, third-party shippers (Grab or Lalamove), and our own drivers.

If your order is shipped via SingPost or a third-party courier, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your package’s status and estimated arrival time.

  1.  Local Delivery (Singapore)
    • Standard Shipping (2-5 business days): $5 (FREE for orders above $80)
    • Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $15
    • Same-Day Delivery: Please call to check for availability

Please note that:

  • Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  1. Self-Collection (Pick-Up)
    • Free self-collection is available near:
      📍 NEX Serangoon
    • You will receive a pickup notification with the pick-up address when your order is ready.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us so we can assist you.
  • In the rare case of a lost package, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
