Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- During festive periods or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is completed.
- Once shipped, you will be notified of the estimated delivery date and time.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We currently offer local delivery in Singapore via SingPost, third-party shippers (Grab or Lalamove), and our own drivers.
If your order is shipped via SingPost or a third-party courier, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your package’s status and estimated arrival time.
- Local Delivery (Singapore)
- Standard Shipping (2-5 business days): $5 (FREE for orders above $80)
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $15
- Same-Day Delivery: Please call to check for availability

- Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the next business day.
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us so we can assist you.
- In the rare case of a lost package, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
