Cartagena

In Cartagena, players take control of a group of pirates trying to escape from a heavily guarded fortress and reach a waiting ship. The route to freedom is represented by a winding tunnel, and players must use cards to move their pirates forward.

The clever twist is that moving efficiently often requires slowing down first. By moving onto spaces occupied by other pirates, you can draw cards and improve your hand, creating an interesting balance between advancing and preparing for your next move. Manage your cards carefully, time your movements, and get your entire crew to the ship before anyone else.
