Happy Little Dinosaurs

In Happy Little Dinosaurs, players take on the roles of adorable dinosaurs who are constantly facing ridiculous disasters. Each round begins with a Disaster Card, which reveals the unfortunate event everyone must deal with. Players then secretly choose a Point Card from their hand and reveal their choices at the same time. Depending on the cards played, you may gain points, avoid the disaster, or suffer its consequences.

Your dinosaur also has an Escape Route that represents your progress towards survival. Different types of disasters affect your dinosaur in different ways, and some Point Cards allow you to protect yourself or interfere with your opponents. The challenge is deciding which cards to use now and which to save for a more dangerous disaster later.

The game combines hand management, simultaneous card selection, take-that effects, and plenty of unpredictable moments. You can win by reaching 50 points, but there is also another path to victory: become the last dinosaur standing. With its cute artwork contrasted against hilariously terrible disasters, Happy Little Dinosaurs turns survival into a light-hearted and competitive card game that’s easy to learn and fun to replay.
