Organ Attack!

OrganATTACK! is a fast, chaotic, and hilariously irreverent card game where the goal is simple: destroy your opponents’ organs before they destroy yours. Each player starts with a set of organs and must keep at least one intact to win. But survival isn’t easy when every round brings new diseases, surprise attacks, and questionable medical events that no actual doctor would recommend.

Players unleash afflictions like Gallstones, Thyroiditis, and even the infamous “Day-Old Burrito” on their opponents’ organs, while using immunity boosts and defensive tactics to keep their own bodies functioning. You don’t need any medical knowledge, just a willingness to embrace both medically accurate terminology and immature potty humour. Every turn is an opportunity to sabotage a rival or narrowly dodge disaster.
