Take 5

In Take 5 (also known as 6 nimmt! or Category 5), each player starts with a hand of cards and simultaneously chooses one to play each round. Cards are added to one of four rows in ascending order, with each row ending on the highest number below the card played. The twist? If a row reaches six cards, the player placing the sixth card collects the other five cards, which count as penalty points, and their card becomes the first in that row. Each card also has a point value, so careful planning is key.
